How to Use Room Amenities and Equipment Room Equipment Guide

Operating guide for main in-room appliances. Use this for a comfortable long stay or self-catering.

Air Conditioning (Heating & Cooling)

Every room has individual air conditioning. The remote is on the wall holder or table.

Power: ON/OFF
Mode: Cool → Dry → Fan → Heat
Temperature: adjust as needed (summer 25–27°C / winter 20–22°C recommended)

Washing Machine & Gas Dryer

Washer and gas dryer in the bathroom area. Free detergent packs are provided.

Washer: load clothes & detergent, Power → Start
Dryer: transfer clothes, close door, Power → course → Start
★Gas dryer: about 30–45 minutes

Water Heater (Shower Temperature)

Adjust shower temperature on the panel near the bathroom. Shower only (no bathtub).

Check Priority lamp is on
Use ▲▼ for temperature (38–42°C recommended)
Overhead shower; adjust hot/cold valve

Kitchen, Cookware & Tableware

Fully equipped for self-catering: IH cooktop, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, and more.

IH: power on → heat (IH-compatible pots only) → main power off after use
Wash dishes with provided detergent; place in drying rack
No yakiniku or heavy-smoke cooking indoors

Important notes
・Please avoid yakiniku, heavy smoke, or strong odors indoors (fire alarms may activate).
・No mid-stay housekeeping. Please sort trash at the designated area behind the 1F parking lot.
