Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Our hotel uses a fully self-service check-in system, allowing you to enter your room conveniently using a PIN code issued in advance.
We offer free parking on the premises. No reservation is required, and you can come and go as often as you like at no charge during your stay.
All rooms are equipped with their own dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi connection, which is available free of charge. You can comfortably work remotely or watch videos.
Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the following cancellation policy.
・7 to 4 days prior to the check-in date: 30% of the total room rate
・3 to 2 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the total room rate
・The day before the check-in date: 80% of the total room rate
・On the day of check-in or in case of a no-show without prior notice: 100% of the total room rate
*If a special plan or a reservation made through certain booking sites has its own cancellation policy, those terms will take precedence.
If you wish to make changes to your reservation (such as the dates, number of guests, or room type), please do so through the "My Account" page on the platform where you made the reservation (our official website or the respective booking site). Yes, booking through our official website guarantees you the “Best Rate” (lowest price). We also offer special long-stay rates available exclusively on our official website, so please check for availability and make your reservation through our official website.
Yes, we can easily accommodate check-ins late at night or early in the morning. Since our hotel uses a fully self-service check-in system with smart locks, you can access your room at any time after the check-in start time (3:00 PM), regardless of whether it’s late at night or early in the morning.
As this hotel operates on a self-check-in, condo-style system, there are no staff members stationed at the front desk. Therefore, we are unable to store your luggage directly after check-out. Please use nearby coin-operated lockers (such as those inside Mihama American Village) or contact us in advance via the inquiry form.
